Nectar & Revel was created from a simple belief: the bar should be more than a place to get a drink—it should be part of the experience.

I’m TJ, founder of Nectar & Revel. My path to hospitality is a little different, and that difference is at the heart of what I bring to every event and every project.

My professional background spans merchandising, product and brand strategy, customer experience, business operations and hospitality. For years, I’ve worked behind the scenes building assortments, developing products, evaluating pricing, creating customer experiences and turning ideas into concepts that are both beautiful and commercially sound.

When I stepped behind the bar, I quickly realized how naturally those worlds came together.

A cocktail is a product.
A bar is an assortment.
A menu is a merchandising tool.
And hospitality is ultimately about understanding your customer and creating an experience they want to return to.

That perspective became Nectar & Revel.

Today, we bring that approach to private celebrations, weddings, corporate gatherings and brand events throughout Dallas–Fort Worth—combining thoughtfully crafted cocktails, polished service and intentional presentation to create bar experiences that feel personal, elevated and effortless.

But Nectar & Revel goes beyond events.

Through our Bar & Beverage Consulting services, we also work with restaurants, lounges, venues and hospitality concepts to strengthen the business behind the bar—from beverage and menu development to pricing, inventory, operating standards, staff training and guest experience.
